Well done Airbus on handling this situation in a refreshingly positive manner.

This case clearly showcases the importance of timeliness and the use of proper channels of communication in delicate situations. Airbus did a great job of acting on time with proper and genuine messaging that was disseminated on the correct channel to reach the specific audience in question.
