Meet Maryam Mustan, our 35-year-old mid-career intern at TriOn & Co! 🙌

After more than a decade in social media marketing, Maryam joined us to pivot into communications — bringing a rich blend of experience and fresh perspective.

Since joining, she’s been getting hands-on with press releases, media pitches and learning the ins and outs of strategic communications— while also lending her digital expertise to help shape TriOn & Co’s social media strategy with data-driven recommendations and new ideas.

Mid-career internships may not be the norm, but they’re a powerful way to reset, upskill, and reframe what growth can look like — and we’re so glad to be part of Maryam’s journey.
